[pde-dev] how many plugins can be done in one plugin project

Hi all,

Is there any constraint that these many plugins shld be in 1 plugin project.Can we create more than 1 packages in the project folder and create as many plugins in those packages.

     Also i would like to know in what ways we can use Configurations.(Run ->Run...->Runtime workbench)
