[pde-dev] runtime-workbench classpath

Hi all!

I'm having a terrible time trying to configure my runtime-workbench. My
plug-in doesn't seem to find some libraries that it needs. I also need
some classes that live in another project, but the plug-in can't find
them either. I've tried editing the pligin.xml file, but that doesn't
help.

Any hints?
