[orion-dev] Documentation updates

I have written up a wiki page with a todo
list for documentation this week. The biggest one that needs help is the
reference section in the user guide. If everyone on the team could take
two of those pages and update them, we will be in good shape. Please put
your name next to a bullet in this list when you are working on it, and
delete that line when you are done.
