[oniro-wg] FOSSDEM 24 Call for Papers

Dear Oniro colleagues,

I've been checking the FOSSDEM website (https://fosdem.org/2024/), one of the events highlighted in previous marketing committees, and there are several dev rooms that fit Oniro.

Dev Rooms:

- Legal and Policy issues - @Array - Deadline 11nd of December - https://lists.fosdem.org/pipermail/fosdem/2023q4/003535.html

- Embedded, Mobile and Automotive - @All - Deadline 8th of December - https://lists.fosdem.org/pipermail/fosdem/2023q4/003522.html

And of course there is the possibility of suggesting talks for the main track (50 min) and lightning talks (5 - 15 min).
