This email is to inform you of the addition of a Downstream Dependencies section in CONTRIBUTING.md as part of https://github.com/eclipse/omr/pull/2306. The associated issue discusses the need for additional documentation on this topic as we are encountering more dependencies as of late. You can see the updated reference here:
