[m2e-dev] Move to Java 17 for 2.0?

Hi all,

We won't ship m2e for upcoming SimRel. So it will be in next SimRel. Good thing is next SimRel allows to use Java 17 as BREE.

So shouldn't we use this delay as an opportunity to adopt Java 17 as BREE in m2e by the way. As it's a major version, it seems consistent to try to do it now.
