[leshan-dev] 📢 Release of Leshan 1.0.0-RC2 📢

Hi all,

  The 2nd release candidate for Leshan 1.0.0 is available : 
https://github.com/eclipse/leshan/releases/tag/leshan-1.0.0-RC2

  There is no more work planed for Leshan so this version should be 
very closed to the 1.0.0 release.
  The 1.0.0 could include a 2.2.2 version of Californium with more 
minor fixes.
