[leshan-dev] Register Applications to Leshan Server

Hi everybody,

Thanks for the great project.

Anyway, it's my fault for sure, the registration mechanism to an event is still not so clear for me.

I would register an External Application to the Leshan-server-demo in order to receive the data of a specific endpoint, one Lwm2m client, via HTTP? 

I know that Leshan-server-demo is only an example, but it's really good.
