[jakartaee-platform-dev] CDI EE integration migration in progress

I have created a PR to begin the work of migrating the EE integration section from the CDI spec to the platform spec(s). The PR is:

There are several cross references that need to be fixed and there is the question of how to organize the content across the Web Profile and Platform. 

The contents from the cdi-tck/web tests has been migrated to the platform-tck as a new standalone tck module:
