[jakartaee-platform-dev] Progress Review request for Jakarta EE 11 Platf

Dear Platform Project,

It has come to the attention of the Specification Committee that the Jakarta EE 11 Release Plan was modified.

By way of this email, as a result of this modification, the Specification Committee is requesting a Progress Review for Jakarta EE 11 Platform specification. In order to initiate a Progress Review, the Specification Committee requests the following from the Jakarta EE Platform Project:

• A PR to https://github.com/jakartaee/specifications that reflects the change(s)
  (A single PR that updates the Platform, Web Profile, and Core Profile is sufficient)

• A short statement that motivates the change(s)
