Thanks for your interest in having a F2F :-)
Let's start with trying to fix a date then. BCX is May 13th - 15th, BCW is May
15th/16th.
For me, the day after BCW would work best, i.e. May 17th 2019. This is a Friday
and would everybody give the opportunity to stay in Berlin for the week end and
enjoy the city a little. It would also allow for people to either attend BCX
and/or BCW without too much "hang time" in between.
I would suggest to start 9 AM and finish maybe 4 or 5 PM.
