[hono-dev] Choosing hybrid model as our primary topology

Hi,

Recently we've discussed [1] an idea to simplify our topologies [2] page by choosing "hybrid" approach as our primary topology.

That should simplify development efforts and makes it easier for us to promote the project (as it is hard to promote project with multiple architectural diagrams).
