Hi,

+1 for contributing 1.0.0 to Neon.

+1 for moving Git repo and issues to GitHub.

For the reasons Zoltán described I'd prefer a review process without 
rebasing on GitHub.

I can see the motivation for keeping GEF 3.x on the old infrastructure, 
but wouldn't it actually be easier for everybody (users, developers, 
Foundation IT) to have it all in one place?
