Hi, this sounds like a VERY interesting subproject. We have been using a stack composed of different available technologies to plumb together monitoring and managing of the standard OSGi runtime, namely org.eclipse.osgi org.eclispe.osgi.services Knopflerfish CM impl (could be Equinox) Felix dependency manager handling configuration dependencies and service dependencies (not adapted there yet) Simons Jetty bridge OPS4J Wicket infrastructure for exposing UI (to be merged into RSP-UI proposal if applicable) This gives a nice stack for monitoring running OSGi instances, but of course leaves the space wide open for what you are proposing, the instrumentation part of arbitrary POJOs nto related to OSGi aspects.
