[egerrit-dev] Major update to EGerrit compare editor

I'm really happy to announce the new and improved compare editor (see attached picture)
This new release brings a number of usability improvements and sets us up for a number of additional workflow improvements discussed with some of the early adopters.

This new release brings the ability to :
- See all the file related information in the upper section of the editor
- filter files w/o comments; which, with the ability to jump from one file to the next, makes it easy to process feedback,
- filter files that have not changed between two revisions (like the web ui)
