I'm sorry but I don't see these errors. I've downloaded both the CDT runtime 
zip and I used the update manager to install. I did not get an error in either 
case. I can't reproduce this so I can't really fix it since I don't know what 
is broken.

Have you tried the SDK zip or the SDK feature?
