[wtp-releng] Reminders for WTP 3.0 M7 and Javadocs

We are due to declare M7 on 05/06.

1) Please make sure you update the FVT
plan with your results => http://wiki.eclipse.org/WTP_Functional_Test_R30_M7
2) Current build is considered frozen.
 There should be no code released into the build unless it is for
critical problems needed for M7.  In which case pls update all teams
on wtp-releng.  

3) As discussed on the call yesterday,
teams will need to generate their own Javadocs.  This is due for RC1.
