[wtp-releng] Junit failure on latest I build, smoketest on hold

The  latest I build still has a
couple of Junit failures in the org.eclipse.jst.j2ee.tests.bvt.AutomatedBVT
testsuite.

Smoketest is on hold pending analysis
for these errors.
