This is a pretty bad problem in a common path. I went ahead and
released a fix since I think this should be corrected for this week’s
integration build. Java EE smoke tests should be re-done to be on the safe
side. I will do some smoke testing tomorrow as well.

to be affecting 3.0, I smoke tested 2.0.2 using the same scenario and I didn't
find any problems.

I found a deadlock which is somewhat bad, but it can be workaround. For more
details refer to https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=217343, I don't
think a lot of people will hit this problem but it would be nice to get it fix
for this build.
