This only seems to be affecting 3.0,
I smoke tested 2.0.2 using the same scenario and I didn't find any problems.

I found a deadlock which is somewhat bad, but it can be workaround. For
more details refer to https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=217343,
I don't think a lot of people will hit this problem but it would be nice
to get it fix for this build.
