I don't know if it's related to this change, but our latest 3.0 I-build breakage seems related to something in JavaEE.  In our JUnit setup an NPE was thrown while faceting a dynamic web project that was being prepared for test.  Part of the stack trace is below.  Seems like a timing issue since all the other tests, which run the same code path succeeded. Folks,

      The Java EE team just released some major changes that impact
classpath and project dependency scenarios.  We are confident that these
are improvements, but we want these changes to be as thoroughly tested as
possible.  As such, we (the Java EE team) are asking that teams do the
smoketest (and any RC1-ish testing) on the upcoming build.  The majority of
these changes are documented in
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=215538
      We apologize for the inconvenience, and will work to improve our
timing issues on releasing to the build.
