[wtp-releng] Source editing defects for PMC approval for 1.5.5

I was recently reminded that I'd overlooked part of the PMC review process 
(http://wiki.eclipse.org/WTP_PMC_Defect_Review) for our component's 
proposed fixes.

Source editing has 4 fixes needing PMC review for 1.5.5:

        189924 - JSP Java translation ignores page directive's session 
attribute
        194276 - Backport 192530 to 1.5.5
        194277 - Backport 193805 to 1.5.5
        197578 - JSP validator does not mark the non-existing attribute or 
the missing required attribute (WTP 1.5.5)

The first 3 listed are already PMC_approved, but for the sake of 
completeness I'm mentioning them here.
