[wtp-releng] WTP 1.5.4 and 2.0 Build Status

First of all, no declared WTP 1.5.4
this week, so keep working through defects and defect reviews there.

WTP 2.0 - We had some strange JUnit
issues which look to be a releng releasing issue.  I *think* I have
released the appropriate versions and a build is underway which, assuming
all goes well, will be our I build candidate for this week.  There
is also a releng JUnit failure which I'm not sure what the status is...

However, if you are not web services
or wsdl, you can start your smoke test engines on the build that is already
out there.
