[wtp-releng] Some M-builds taking place to test our tests

In case anyone is up early, any builds
you see this morning are only to test some of our JUnit test procedures.

I think there's a few not running ...
see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=172615
but I think these three are being prevented
from running by another, hung test.
