I've released a fix for this failing
JUnit test to the 1.5.3 and 2.0 streams. See bug 154684 [1] for more details.

There is a failing WSDL validation test in the latest build. The test appears
to be failing because of a path structure on Linux. I've opened bug 171738
and am investigating and will remove the test from the build shortly if
I don't have a fix ready.
