Please do proceed with smoke testing, but

I am doing some re-spins of the M-build. First, this was
to include the latest version of the pre-reqs, but then this build caused
a "versioning error".

I believe the versioning error is due to bug 157049
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=157049
which I _think_ has been fixed in the latest version of
the base builder, so ... 
I have updated the base builder to version r322_v20070104

and will try re-spining. 

I trust the base builder and build process enough to consider
this a minor change that does not require re-testing (for a weekly build),

but, just wanted to keep everyone informed.
