[wtp-releng] Fw: WTP 2.0 build is respinning

The saga in bug 167150 [1] continues.
The Web Services Explorer is now OK in WTP 1.5.3, but still not working
in WTP 2.0. A respin of 2.0 that should resolve the problem is underway,
and should affect no components besides Web services, specifically the
WSE.

The Web Services Explorer was not a
happy camper in the two smoke-test ready builds announced by John Lanuti
about an hour ago. Gory detail is in 167150 [1]. Fixes have been committed/released
into 1.5.3 and 2.0. Builds are being respun.
