[wtp-releng] (Invisible) Build failures in JSF test plugin.

unless you really know where / how to
look, you wouldn't have known the I-builds have been breaking all weekend,
due to a JSF test failing to build. 

So, 1. I've change the build scripts
to proceed merrily along, even in the event of complete failure of one
component such as this, so others won't be "held up". 
        One
implication of this is that there might, in some cases, appear to be a
clean build, but part of it will be missing. We'll work on improving this
... but, in the 
        mean-time,
look closely. 


And, 2. below is the detailed part of
the log that gives some hints as to what's wrong with JSF tests.
