[wtp-releng] Request for a re-spin to pick up the latest doc..

Hi David,

We have 2 plugins by the same name in two different folder: 
doc/eclipse.jst.jsf.doc.user and jsf/plugin/eclipse.jst.jsf.doc.user, 
the later is the bad folder(no content). Since I did a get of the doc 
first and then the plugin, I overwrote the doc plugin and hence my 
attempt to release the latest doc failed to tag it.

I have since fixed the issue and re-released and verified the map. 
Please do a re-spin of the build. If this is not possible, we would 
loose some user doc, but is not a show stopper.
