[wtp-releng] Warning dialog while running automated tests

Not sure if this is a problem but while running a local build, during the test pass the tests in org.eclipse.jst.ws.tests.unittest.AllWSJUnitTests hung waiting for a warning dialog to close. The warning dialog stated,

"IWAB0164E Cannot create the file "Echo.java" relative to the page "/FlexProject/webComponent/JavaSource/foo" because automatic file overwriting has not been enabled. Do you want to enable it for this file?"

Might this be related to our intermittent J2EE test failures?
