Yes. I assume you mean to maintain history? Not sure it'll be that useful 
since so new, and since all the packages have all been renamed, but I 
could, if there is something important about that brief history. But 
frankly I'd prefer to remove that history of having 'sapdw' in there. 

If you are not really concerned with maintaining history, you can 
"disconnect" the project from team sharing, be sure to delete the cvs 
metadata when it asks, and then re-share the project with correct name. 
Then I could delete the old versions once you're done and feeling 
confident all is ok with new ones.

I've made the changes but haven't checked them in yet. All tests are green 
and it runs fine in the runtime workbench.

David, will you be able to rename the feature/plug-in project directories 
in CVS after i make the changes?

The refactoring won't do that. It will update the .project file but the 
module name will remain the same in CVS.
