[wtp-incubator-dev] New and Noteworthy for 0.5M7

We have a shortened development cycle this time as WTP gets in synch 
with the ganymede train.   This means it's new and noteworthy time 
again.    I think we have a couple of items, but mainly this was a 
maintenance bug fix release for us.  If you have a new and noteworthy 
item, please open a bug report and attach the screenshot and short 
description in the bug report.  Make sure Nitin is CC'd on the report as 
well.
