WTP 1.5.5, the last planned maintenance
release on the 1.5.x stream, is declared:

The update site, all-in-one zips, newsgroup,
and website announce are all forthcoming, but the build is tested, declared,
and ready for consumption.  WTP 1.5.5 contains 84 very important bug
