[udig-devel] uDig SoC training feedback on operation

We ran into a few questions / warnings when going through the Operation extension point.

Changes to Operation Extension Point:

1) Made "enablement" optional, if not provided the operation will be enabled strictly based on the "targetClass" being correct.

2) Added "description" the the operation category - as some earlier example code was making use of this

3) Added "description" to operation for symmetry - it will give us something to look at in the Operation Dialog

Other than that I am going to release another SDK this evening (that hopefully includes source code :-D ).
