Description:	The ImageExport Wizard opened with "Export.. -> General -> Map to Image" creates wbmp images with image size 0. World and Projection files are correct but the image file itself is empty. Both ImageReaderSpi's have the same problem: com.sun.imageio.plugins.wbmp.WBMPImageWriterSpi or com.sun.media.imageioimpl.plugins.wbmp.WBMPImageWriterSpi
