[udig-devel] Issue with plugin.xml file <enablement> tag

Hi Jody,
I attempted to launch uDig in Debugger Mode, but got a runtime error and other errors popped up (even though I was able to Launch successfully earlier today). At least three of my plugins now have errors regarding their plugin.xml files, specifically with the <enablement></enablement> tag.
"A minimum of 1 'not' elements must be specified.
A minimum of 1 'property' elements must be specified.
A minimum of 1 'or' elements must be specified.
A minimum of 1 'and' elements must be specified.
A minimum of 1 'adaptsTo' elements must be specified."
It is empty but I'm not sure if it SHOULD be or not. Also, if I take it out, I get an error stating I need an <enablement> tag...I'm not sure what caused this change since I haven't altered these plugins today, only my shpExport plugin.
Wondering if there is a quick fix or if something is horribly wrong.
