[udig-devel] summer of code

I enabled on the osgeo soc projects page our udig entry.

It redirects to:

I see Neo4j has been added already (thanks Craig).

For all the students that want to partecipate, reveal yourself and
bring in good ideas or select some existing.

If someone is interested to work on the spatial toolbox, I will try to
get some idea out.

So we should be on board.
