[udig-devel] Spatial Toolbox broke? (once more)

Jody, what happened with the tools.jar?
I remember doing a change so that the tools.jar could be picked from
the libs root folder. I am only now noticing that the 1.3.0 release
does not contain the tools.jar and the spatial toolbox is broken.

If I recall correctly you added a flag that would not allow the export
without the tools.jar.
But the jar is missing from the release.
Any idea on what is going on?
