[udig-devel] map save even when layer is added

Since this last version some users noted that tha map is getting dirty
(i.e. needs to be saved) even when someone adds a new layer.
Before saving did imply modification of data.
I assume this is not a wanted behaviour?
Any idea where this comes from?
