[udig-devel] translations of messages

Hi, I have written a couple of scripts to handle translations.
They live in extras/plugin-translations/ and will be first tested by
Silvia to see if they work properly.
I hope that this could help to make translations a bit more supported by users.
Perhaps this could be achieved by putting zipped bundles to translate
out in the net and gather them from time to time.
Or maybe better wait for people to ask. Anyways this will need proper
coordination, else it will only lead to confusion.

Comments, corrections, help, rants accepted. We need to get this
translation thing easier for users to help. An online translation tool
would be heaven, but I couldn't find one that works with java
properties files.
