[udig-devel] mouse wheel scroll zoom "tool"

I was wondering that, has udig a anyway to get rid of mouse wheel zoom?

 

If i get this right wheel zoom is backroundTool which is always on.

I want to do different things on my mouse wheel, so how i can pass this map zooming?
