To test the plugins you need a neo4j database, you can create one with
the org.neo4j.gis.spatial.ShapefileImporter main class, it takes two
parameters: a directory where the neo4j database will be created and a
shapefile path.
If you unzip the org.neo4j.gis_1.0.0.jar plugin, you'll find this
class in neo4j-spatial-0.2.jar.
Mmh it seems a uDig import wizard is really needed ;)
