Jack will need to apply to join the project via xicles; his xircles
account should refer to his confluence user in the configuration
somewhere. When he has applied I can accept him.

I was going to make the builds to night; and go through bug issues
while I wait (since my underpowered machine takes a long time to make
the builds and then upload them).
