[udig-devel] getting ready ... deploy and switch to osgeo maven repo

Here is what I am up to today:
1.  I am running the geotools deploy right now ... to the osgeo maven 
repository.
2. When I am done I will update refresh.xml on trunk to grab artifacts 
from there and give it a go.
3. After that I will make an SDK
4. I can try making a release as well ... from eclipse so it will be of 
the unzip and run variety
