*What am I up to:*

- RC10 tested

- Bug Fixed: in Window XP there is a bug in the layer combobox presented in 
spatial operation view.  

*Tasks on my plate:*

- publish es.axios.udig.extensions 1.1-rc10

- spike: transform geometry features between layers. First goal Polygons to 
LineStirngs.

- Refactoring: simplify the ui's component of spatial operations framework
