*What am I up to:*

- Bug Fixed: in Window XP there is a bug in the layer combobox presented in 
spatial operation view.  

- Bug Fixed: it was detected a transaction handle problem in spatial 
operations that produces some lost of feature modification in second 
executions.  

- spike: transforming geometry and return. Data structure design and 
programming.

- Refactoring: uml models review and update. 

*Tasks on my plate:*

- spike: transforming geometry features between layers. First goal Polygons to 
LineStirngs.

- Refactoring: simplify the ui's component of spatial operations framework

*Impediments (What's holding me up):*
