Sorry I wasn't clear. I was wondering if in this scenario if the CRS
of the map or the layer is being changed.

Adding some features with polygon tool, switching to WGS84_47N,

switching to a third CRS.... some features aren't shown and adding
not possible: The polygon tools draws a polygon and it creates a
new feature but this is never shown in the map.
Are you changing the layer or the map?
No. Just the CRS.
