The SDK is not intended to be run; later on the SDK instructions there 
is a step where you set the "target platform" to point at your directory 
with /configuration/ features/ plugins/ ...

So keep going? And I sure hope the instructions are good ... I am 
teaching a course with them today in a couple hours :-)
