Re: [udig-devel] building uDig easier than ever before :)

Its always good to do a updateclass path but that doesn't sound like the problem. There should be a src folder in libs with those packages. Is it not there?

Hi all, i have compile and launch the trunk OK.
Eclipse detect some problems on net.refractions.udig.libs inside the
manifest.mf, those are the errors:

Package 'net' does not exist in this plug-in
Package 'net.refractions' does not exist in this plug-in
Package 'net.refractions.udig' does not exist in this plug-in

Ignore libs.source for now. It is required for the SDK but not beyond
that. I will fix it once I have 1.1 done

Hello.

From time to time I have tried to set up a new build environment
on a mac. It has taken lots of time and been a lot of work to get
it working each time.

This time it was easier than ever before with a fresh trunk. The
only red cross where in net.refractions.udig.libs.source. After
creating an emtpy folder named "src" inside there, the build was
working perfect. Launching was also just working.

That is great news, congrats to you as well.

If you have any suggestions on how we can make this easier please
let me know; I am surprised you needed to make a "src" folder; I
thought we had a src folder that contained some geotools
configuration classes?
