R: R: [udig-devel] udig 1.1-rc10 simply refuses connecting togeoserver1.5.0 WMS???

I saw there is the problem only with 3 layers I added between RC9 and RC10. These are a shp, an OGRVRTDataSource to an ODBC to SQLServer2005 and a DEM dataset loaded with an shp TILEINDEX. The timeout is also when trying to load only one of these layers, so I don't think it's really a timeout problem (the shp it's only a 9MB polyline type, which is not loaded at maximum scale). Maybe there's something strange in my map file (though my HTML viewer still works).
However don't worry to much, I don't use this WMS with udig, now (I only test everytime a new RC come out...).

I must have misunderstood the problem before or was unable to
reproduce it because I usually just Drag in the URL on to the map.
Looking at the Stack trace I would say that it is taking too long to
render the map. Is this possible? The java socket is timing out
which doesn't happen for 30 seconds or so.
What sort of data is this. I only tested the default Geoserver data
yesterday but it worked great on both Windows and Macintosh. Maybe
I should make a slower/bigger map.
